Online Store: Membership fees/instalments. Fees are prorated as Christmas event and lunches pass, so this dollar amount needs to be updated after each lunch meeting. Guest lunch registration. Christmas event table sales. Christmas event ticket sales. Christmas event table sponsorship sales. Update any info board needs posted. Post: Members bios. Meeting/Board meeting dates. Social event information. Names of presenters. Attendance. |

Also helps with any tasks requiring extra support. Tasks might include: Facilitating at the occasional meeting. Doing bank deposits. Handing out newsletters, announcements, etc at meetings. Running door prizes at end of meetings. Planning socials. Helping with the Christmas Event. Creating or printing the newsletter if responsible board member is away. Taking attendance if responsible board member is away. Making Facebook posts to advertise for the group. |
